Since 1988, CBCA has been renewing historic buildings and heritage places, we collaboratively involve networks and innovation for renewing heritage places for new investment and new performance. Our Grant Writing has helped our clients raise over $37 Million in grant funding. We perform Grant Administration to help implement those funds. We have helped our clients access over $30 Million in historic tax credits. We design downtown revitalization projects state-wide. We help shape public policy in historic preservation and community revitalization.
We perform specialized architectural and project management services in renovation, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation projects, with Historic Structure Reports and Building Condition Assessments, Historic Resource/Cultural Resource Surveys, Local Landmark and State/National Registers of Historic Places nominations, and Historic Tax Credit Applications. We have designed and implemented over 300 façade improvements in urban, suburban, and rural municipalities.
We perform grant writing and grant administration services in façade improvements, existing and historic building rehabilitation, and community development projects. We help implement for the greatest funding impact. Our professionals meet and exceed the 36 CFR Part 61Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards in Architecture, Heritage Architecture, and Architectural History. Clinton Brown, FAIA, has been appointed by three Secretaries of the Interior to the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor Commission. We help shape public policy.
